We’re excited to welcome two wonderful new team members to Kensington Vet Clinic! Many of you will be meeting Hayley, our new Practice Manager. Hayley joined the team in May, bringing with her 10 years of veterinary nursing experience and a genuine passion for supporting both patients and the people who care for them. After beginning her journey into Practice Management at our sister clinic, Essendon Vet Clinic, at the end of 2024, she’s excited to lead the Kensington team and help our clinic continue to grow. Hayley is especially passionate about empowering veterinary nurses to build their skills, gain confidence, and become even more involved in patient care and treatment.

When she’s not at the clinic, Hayley has a busy household keeping her on her toes! She spends her time with her twins and her much-loved furry family, including Bailey, her sweet senior Staffy, Tripp, her tripod Golden Retriever, and Scottie, her cheeky cat.

We’re also delighted to welcome Sophie to the nursing team. Sophie has been vet nursing for the past year and loves caring for animals while helping make every visit as comfortable as possible for both pets and their owners. Growing up on a farm in regional Victoria sparked her lifelong love of animals and inspired her career in veterinary nursing. She is passionate about providing compassionate care to every patient who comes through our doors. When she’s not at the clinic, Sophie enjoys spending time back home with her two Jack Russell Terriers, Ziggy and Lucy.
